Collection, processing and use of personal data
You can visit our websites without us collecting any personal data from you. Personal data is only collected if you provide it to us for the purpose of making an application or as part of other contact/communication with us.

The provision of information by you is purely voluntary. The more information you provide, the better we can assess your potential suitability for a vacancy. We ask that you do not provide us with any information that has little or no relevance in the context of an application/selection process or that, from a legal point of view, we or our customers are not allowed to take into account. This applies in particular to sensitive personal data.

A corresponding data protection declaration, which can be revoked at any time, will be sent to you at the beginning of the process.
If and to the extent that you provide us with information in writing or orally or otherwise, we may contact you regarding the information you have provided in order to clarify any questions that may arise on our part or to obtain additional information from you. As part of our professional activities, we will assess your professional profile in relation to the requirements of the vacancy and, to the extent permitted by law, research information about your private and professional life that is publicly available through social media services (e.g. Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) or on the internet or that is derived from the information you have previously disclosed to us (e.g. in interviews), insofar as this information could be relevant to your qualification for a particular position . The information obtained in this way will be treated as candidate/applicant information and processed as described below together with the information you originally provided to us via the site or by sending it to us.
If you are in contact with us as a customer (e.g. as a client commissioning a consultancy or search assignment), we store at least your first name, last name, company name, business address, business and private telephone numbers, as well as any additional information that you provide to us. We also store minutes of consultations and selected correspondence, as well as any other documents that may be required to process the order (e.g. organisational charts, product information, development plans, etc.).
